Hydrafacial is all in one procedure! It combines deep pore cleansing, gentle hydradermabrasion exfoliation, a glycolic and salicylic acid infusion, painless extractions, special delivery of antioxidants, and intense hydration. Perfrect for all skin types. Hydrafacial targets sun damage, fine lines and wrinkles, dehydration, and/or oily and congested skin. You can boost your Hydrafacial by adding on growth factors, skin brighteners, or a higher concentration glycolic acid booster. Microchanneling is a breakthrough technology that allows us to stimulate collagen, elastin, and all the building blocks of healthy, youthful skin with minimal to no downtime. It’s Exciting and New!
Plasma fibroblast therapy or plasma skin resurfacing is the perfect treatment for eyelids, lip lines and the neck, but can also be used to tighten the jowls, even the knees and elbows. Some are even doing the whole face. This versatile device uses energized gas to stimulate the collagen in the treated areas. At Manhattan Dermatology, we use the best of class pen for superior control and superior results. Post treatment, patients have little scabs in a dotted pattern that will fall off over several days. The results- tighter, smoother, brighter skin.

Gentle skin resurfacing
Promotes cell renewal and removes facial hair and “peach fuzz.” Dermaplaning is a gentle skin resurfacing procedure utilizing a special surgical blade to remove away the top layer of skin cells. The scraping not only allows for cell renewal, but also allows for better penetration of professional and home products, optimizing results. Dermaplaning is popular on its own or can be used in combination with almost any facial or chemical peel. It also removes facial hair and “peach fuzz” and is a popular procedure for patients who have lighter colored facial hair.

A Microinfusion is a nonsurgical and minimally invasive skin care procedure that aims to improve the health and appearance of your skin. Can be added on to most treatments.

Rebuild That Foundation.
‍Our new obsession, this is a dermatologist’s dream. Using one of our tried-and-true chemical peeling agents, TCA, this peel will remodel and rejuvenate the skin from the deeper layers and provide a new foundation for the skin. Using a proprietary formulation, someone has figured out how to allow a high concentration of TCA to penetrate the deeper layers of skin with no pain, no peeling and no downtime. It’s quite amazing; everyone should do it. Plan for 4 weekly treatments. It’s also perfect for neck, chest and other areas of the body, and can be done anytime of the year.

Our alpha and beta hydroxy glow therapies offer deep exfoliation with a custom medical grade blend of glycolic or salicylic acid solutions. This is our favorite treatment to achieve smooth and glowy skin - think facial meets chemical peel. May have minimal to very mild flaking (like dry skin), but it's worth it.
